Experience Overview
My freelance journey began in 2019 when I started translating subtitles with Deluxe Media. I still work with them today on their English editing team and their clients include large multimedia distribution companies such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and HBO amongst others.
Since then, I have gained a much wider client base, and the vast majority of my projects involve subtitling. I regularly create English templates from scratch, perform quality assurance and editing as well as translate French, Spanish or Italian-language media files into English via subtitling and scripting.
However, my experience is not limited to the audiovisual domain. I additionally translate written documents such as marketing campaigns, websites, product names and descriptions, and most recently, I undertook the translation of a board game design manual of over 40,000 words.
